That means eating lots of dark leafy greens and bright fruits with each meal. Nuts like almonds and string cheese are good snacks. Fortified cereal and enriched pasta are great options for lunch and dinner.

Pregnancy can take a toll on you and your body both mentally and physically. Because of that, all pregnant women should take time out of their day to focus on themselves and ensure that they’re in the best shape to take care of their babies.
