Keeping up with Kids: 4 Healthy Ways to Boost Your Daily Energy

From the time your little ones first start to crawl or walk, you may feel like they are moving so fast that you can hardly keep up with them. Establish a Reasonable Bedtime

Parents often burn the candle at both ends, and you may feel as though you need to get up earlier than your kids and stay up well past their bedtime to accomplish all of your tasks for the day. If this is the case, consider reducing some responsibilities so that you can give your body the rest it needs. Many adults regularly consume a considerable amount of caffeine to get the day started and to energize themselves throughout the day.
