The bill will expand research on premature births, improve education for <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/preemietwins.com\/expectant-mothers-can-learn-birth-injuries\/\" title=\"expectant mothers\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">expectant mothers<\/a>, and provide better treatment for preemie babies.
