Stress, whether internal or external, can take a heavy toll. We deal with it every day at home, work and in social settings. External stresses can come from a job, relationship, home life and other factors. Internal stresses may be caused by health and nutrition status, the amount of sleep and exercise you get and your emotional well-being. We consistently face new expectations and challenges each day. While not all stresses are negative, all types of stress can wear a person out.
