Baby Ayah din't have a brain bleed, respiratoriwise she need it some help from machine untill her lungs recuperate and she loved to listen to mami's and dady's songs, so we had a lot of hope. But something happened, one day after a month she aquired renal failure and after a week the liver and other organs got affecte too. That's when the Drs told us that ther was nothing to too... I held my girl in my arms and started to tell her stories, sing songs, I told Ayah-Isabella that I love her so much untill the timre came and her little heart stop. You expect such great things with being pregnant and bringing a new life into the world, that having to experience something like this is never pleasant. But, reading your story reminded me about how lucky I was to have preemie twins that were only in the NICU for about a week before coming home. At the time, I was in such distress, as I had never really prepared myself. I wanted to say thank you for having the courage to share your touching story. I believe it will be a great help to anyone in need of support during one of the most trying times life throws at us...The birth of a premature baby. I was very lucky...my son and daughter were born at 30 weeks, and will never forget the fear I felt during their 2 month stay in the NICU. They will be a year next month, and are very healthy.
