Margarita Velasco gave birth to identical twin boys with the first, Marcello, born just before midnight on Thursday, December 31st, 2009, and his brother Stephano being delivered shortly after 12:01 am on Friday, January 1st, 2010 via an emergency C-Section in Tampa, Florida.
